Double row deep groove ball

1.The design of double row deep groove ball bearings is basically the same as that of single row deep groove ball bearings. The deep groove ball shaped raceway and the excellent fit between the raceway and the steel ball. Double row deep groove ball bearings can not only withstand radial loads, but also axial loads acting in both directions.
  The standard double row deep groove ball bearings are 4200A and 4300A types. The A-type bearing does not have a ball gap. Two reinforced nylon cages are inserted from both sides of the bearing. Double row deep groove ball bearings not only have a radial bearing capacity 1.62 times higher than single row deep groove ball bearings, but also can withstand axial loads.

2.Features: Double row deep groove ball bearings are suitable for use in bearing configurations where the load capacity of a single row deep groove ball bearing is insufficient. For double row deep groove ball bearings with the same outer diameter and inner diameter as deep groove ball bearings, their width is larger and their load capacity is significantly higher than that of single row deep groove ball bearings in the 62 and 63 series.

3.Precautions for use：
  When starting at low temperatures or when the viscosity of the lubricating grease is high, a larger minimum load may be required. The weight of the bearing, combined with external forces, usually exceeds the required minimum load. If the minimum load has not yet been reached, the bearing must apply additional radial load.
  Bearing capacity of axial load
  If double row deep groove ball bearings are to withstand pure axial loads, they should generally not exceed 0.5Co. Excessive axial load may significantly reduce the working life of bearings.
