Working requirements of self-aligning ball bearings

For bearing configurations with heavy loads, harsh working conditions or special requirements for sealing, built-in contact type sealed spherical roller bearings can be used. The outer dimensions of the bearing are exactly the same as the non-sealed bearing, and can replace the non-sealed bearing in many occasions. The allowable centering angle is 0.5°, and the working temperature is -20°C~110°C. An appropriate amount of lithium-based anti-rust grease has been filled in the bearing, and grease can also be added according to user requirements. According to whether the inner ring has ribs and the cage used, it can be divided into two basic types: C type and CA type. The characteristics of C type bearings are that the inner ring has no ribs and adopts steel stamping cages. The characteristics of CA type bearings On both sides of the inner ring, there are ribs and a car-made solid cage. Bearings of this type are particularly suitable for work under heavy or vibrating loads. Spherical roller bearings are equipped with drum-shaped roller bearings between the inner ring with two raceways and the outer ring with spherical raceways.
