Timken Acquires Bijur Delimon, Strengthening Automated Lubrication Systems Business

On March 18, The Timken Company announced the completion of its acquisition of the assets and related businesses of Bijur Delimon International (BDI), headquartered in North Carolina. BDI is a global leader in the design and manufacture of automated lubrication systems.
Lucian Boldea, Timken's President and Chief Executive Officer, stated: "The acquisition of BDI aligns with our strategic focus on accelerating growth in key markets in the near term. Timken has established a leading automated lubrication systems platform, and BDI will enhance our existing capabilities, deepening our presence in sectors such as rail, power generation, and mining."
Timken has been continuously expanding its presence in the industrial automated lubrication systems field since entering the lubrication business in 2013. Founded in 1872, BDI has manufacturing bases in the United States, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region, and is expected to generate over $60 million in sales in 2026.
